This policy covers information related to the Stellar AI Studios website, business development communications, sample-pack requests, and the company's authorized LinkedIn Developer App or social publishing workflow.

It does not cover third-party websites or platforms that operate under their own privacy policies, including LinkedIn, Google, email providers, hosting providers, or analytics and infrastructure services.

• Public interaction data on company social channels, such as comments, reactions, shares, public profile information, and page-level engagement metrics.
• LinkedIn authorization data if an authorized user or page administrator connects our LinkedIn Developer App, including the permissions, scopes, company page access, and tokens approved through LinkedIn OAuth.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to business inquiries, sample-pack requests, partnership conversations, and project discussions.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website, business development materials, and company communication workflows.
• To draft, review, schedule, or publish official company content only after appropriate authorization and approval.
• To manage authorized LinkedIn company page workflows, including preparing posts, media references, publishing payloads, dry runs, and approved publishing actions.
• To comply with platform requirements, legal obligations, security needs, and recordkeeping requirements.

The LinkedIn publishing workflow is intended to operate only with authorization from the relevant user or company page administrator. It should not post on behalf of a person or organization without approval.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the website, manage email, store business materials, operate platform APIs, maintain security, or provide business infrastructure.

If content is published through LinkedIn or another social platform, the content and related public engagement data will be handled by that platform according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We retain business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, accounting, or platform compliance reasons.

Stellar AI Studios may work with international collaborators, platforms, cloud providers, and infrastructure services. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions outside your country or region, subject to applicable service terms and legal requirements.

7. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of business contact information that you previously provided, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

If you authorized a third-party platform connection, such as LinkedIn OAuth access, you may also manage or revoke that authorization through the relevant platform account settings.
